In Tennessee, you can catch everything
from 100 lb. catfish, to 70 lb. stripers to 11 lb. smallmouth bass. Here
are some links to some of my favorite
fishing resources:

Trophyfishingtn.com
Tennessee Parks and Greenways Foundation – A great group who strives to preserve and protect some of Tennessee’s most beautiful and historic places.
Tennessee Wildside
Tennessee Wildlife and Resources Agency
I’ve been very fortunate to become friends with a lot of talented
people – many of them fellow fishermen or artists. Here are some links
to their Web sites:
David Perry - An extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly fly-fishing guide,
David will put you on trout -- and keep you on trout -- and make sure you have
a memorable and educational experience while on the water. Using his Hyde drift
boat, David specializes in fishing the fertile and productive Caney Fork and
Elk Rivers in middle Tennessee.
Jamie Rouse - Orvis endorsed fly-fishing guide in Heber Springs, Ark. If
you want to catch trophy trout or monstrous hybrid bass on the fly, give Jamie
a call.
The Little Red Fly Shop – A full-service fly shop in Heber Springs, Ark.
You can find some of my prints for sale in their store.
Mid-South Fly Fishers – the largest incorporated fly-fishing club in the
country resides in Memphis, Tenn., of all places. Visit the site and find out
why.
Angry Fish Charters – located in Destin, Fl., Angry Fish is captained by
Gordie Hinds, an expert fisherman and a phenomenal artist. His stories alone
are worth the price for a full-day trip.
The Painted Trout- For unique and exclusive artisan goods which are
tailored for the flyfishing community, please check out Lauren's site. She's
been a huge help to me and my business, and her products make tremendous gifts
-- for you and for your friends.
Big Head Caps – Owner and operator Don Pearson specializes in providing
hats and caps to those individuals who may be “cranially
endowed.” Like Gordie, Don’s stories are worth the price of a few
caps. |
